No. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no lock-in period. Cancel anytime from Settings inside your account. The Single Event licence is a one-time payment — no subscription required.
Single Event is designed for teams that exhibit once or twice per year. The break-even point is 2 events — at that point two Single Event licences cost roughly the same as the first few months of a monthly plan. If you attend 3 or more events per year, a monthly subscription saves 75% or more compared to buying individual licences.
Yes. You can upgrade to a monthly subscription at any time. Your event data, contacts, and settings carry over automatically — nothing is lost in the transition.
The licence is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase — you set the actual event dates at any point within that window. Access runs for the duration of the event (maximum 7 days) plus 14 days post-event for follow-up, lead review, and analytics. After the post-event window closes, the account becomes read-only and data is retained for 90 days before deletion.
Contact our support team and we will reassign the licence to a different event within your 6-month validity window. There is no fee for reassignment.

Yes. Upgrade your plan at any time from My Account inside the app. Additional email credits and extra asset storage can be purchased at any point during your subscription — no need to wait for a renewal date.
We accept all major credit cards. For custom plans over $1,000/year, we can issue invoices payable by bank transfer in USD. Indian customers are charged 18% GST in addition to the plan price.
All data is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centres. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256 and keys are managed via Amazon KMS. Encrypted backups are taken regularly and stored securely according to our retention schedule.
