Other event tools capture who you met. BoothMaven captures who's interested — and what they're interested in. Every document opened, every video played, every QR scanned at your stand is tracked to a named contact and surfaced as a buyer intent signal in your CRM.
QR Stickers on booth displays. Quick Share from the contact screen. Content Signals synced to HubSpot and Salesforce. Zero competitor match across trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions worldwide.
You invest in a content library — product videos, spec sheets, case studies, pricing documents. You print hundreds of copies or share them digitally from your laptop. And then you have no idea what happens next. Did anyone open the pricing sheet? Did the CMO from that conference actually watch the demo video? This is the problem the Content Intelligence Suite solves.
No other event lead capture platform tracks post-event content engagement by named contact. This is BoothMaven's Layer 3 — the differentiation that no competitor replicates.
You know you shared the spec sheet. You don't know if Marcus at Siemens ever opened it. Your AE calls blind, with no signal about readiness or intent.
Marcus opened the spec sheet twice on Tuesday. Spent 6 minutes. Your AE gets a HubSpot task: "Call Marcus — viewed spec sheet, high intent." Call opens with context. Conversion rate climbs.
Which content actually moves deals? BoothMaven's analytics show engagement rates per content item — spec sheet views, video plays, microsite visits — mapped to lead scores and meeting outcomes.
The Content Intelligence Suite has three layers: QR Stickers for passive, rep-free capture at the booth display; Quick Share for active sharing mid-conversation; and Content Signals that translate every view into a named buyer intent record in your CRM.
Content QR Stickers generate a branded, printable QR code for any Digital Card — video, document, audio, company, or personal. Print it as a sticker, affix it to your machine, product sample, service panel, or display board. Visitors scan it with their own phone — no rep needed, no interaction required. BoothMaven tracks who scanned, which content they opened, and for how long.
The sticker links to your live Digital Card, so updating the content behind it (swap last year's spec sheet for this year's version) doesn't require reprinting anything. The QR is permanent. The content behind it isn't.
Real-world use: an industrial machinery manufacturer puts QR stickers on three machines on the exhibition floor. Every visitor who scans while walking past is tracked — even if no rep is nearby. 34 scans in day one, 28 named to contacts.
Quick Share lets a rep share any Digital Card directly from the Contact screen while still speaking to the visitor — without leaving the app, without breaking the conversation flow. Tap Share, pick the content, choose QR, Email, or WhatsApp. Done in 10 seconds.
Because the share happens from inside the Contact screen, BoothMaven knows exactly who received which content. When Marcus opens the spec sheet you shared in that moment — at 9pm on the train home — BoothMaven creates a Content Signal attributed to Marcus, not to an anonymous QR scan.
A Content Signal is created every time a named contact views any content — from a QR Sticker scan, a Quick Share link, or a Digital Card view. It is attached to the contact's CRM record as a named activity, with content item, delivery channel, timestamp, and event context.
On Essential plan, signals sync to HubSpot as Timeline Activities and Salesforce as Task records. On Business plan, signals can trigger HubSpot Workflows or Salesforce Flows — when a contact opens your pricing document, a workflow fires a high-priority AE task within 4 hours, automatically.
The differentiation line: Other event tools capture who you met. BoothMaven captures who's interested — and what they're interested in.
A Content Signal is a named buyer intent event attached to a specific contact record. A standard page view analytics tool tells you that 23 people opened a page. A BoothMaven Content Signal tells you that Marcus Bauer from Siemens AG opened your Technical Spec Sheet for 6 minutes and 44 seconds, via a Quick Share link you sent him during your conversation at Hannover Messe, two days after the exhibition closed. The named attribution is what makes it actionable — it's the difference between a web analytics number and a sales call trigger.
Yes — Content Intelligence works identically at any event type. QR Stickers can be affixed to any physical display at a conference sponsor booth, an exhibition stand, or a roadshow setup. Quick Share works from any captured contact regardless of how they were captured — badge scan at a conference, card OCR at an exhibition, or manual entry at a corporate event. Content Signals track post-event engagement for weeks after any event closes, across conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, summits, and expos worldwide.
On Essential plan, Content Signals sync to HubSpot as Timeline Activities on the contact record and to Salesforce as Task records. On Business plan, specific signal types can be configured as HubSpot Workflow triggers or Salesforce Flow entry points. For example: "If contact with lead score ≥60 opens Pricing Sheet, create high-priority task assigned to contact owner, due in 4 hours." This means the follow-up action fires at the moment of highest buyer intent — not 24 hours later when a rep happens to check their CRM.
QR Stickers are passive — they are printed and affixed to physical displays at your stand or booth before the event. Visitors scan them on their own without any rep involvement. Because the scan happens before the visitor is captured as a contact, QR Sticker scans on Capture plan show aggregate counts only (anonymous). On Essential and Business plans, if the visitor is already in your contact list from a previous event or follow-up, the scan is attributed to them.
Quick Share is active — the rep shares a specific content item directly from a named contact's screen during or after a conversation. Because it fires from the Contact screen, every subsequent view of that content is attributed to that specific named contact, regardless of plan tier.
QR Stickers. Quick Share. Named Content Signals in HubSpot and Salesforce. Post-event engagement tracked for weeks. At every event, conference, and exhibition.
