What It Does

Know Your Best Leads
Before You Leave the Booth.

Most exhibitors leave a trade show with a spreadsheet of equal-weight contacts. BoothMaven scores every lead 0–100 in real time — so your sales team knows which five to call Monday morning and which forty to put into a nurture sequence.

Capability 1

Score Built from Four Inputs — Automatically

The lead score is calculated automatically from four data sources: qualifying question answers (weighted by your configuration), Apollo.io enrichment data (company size, revenue, funding stage), job seniority signals, and engagement signals (meeting booked, voice note added). No manual scoring, no spreadsheet formulas.

  • Qualifying answers contribute up to 50 points based on your configured weights
  • Enrichment data contributes up to 30 points — company size, revenue, tech stack
  • Seniority signals (C-suite, VP, Director) contribute up to 15 points
  • Engagement signals (meeting booked, voice note) add bonus points in real time

Capability 2

Sorted Lead List — Best Leads Always on Top

Every contact view in BoothMaven sorts by lead score by default. Hot leads (≥80) appear at the top in green, warm leads (50–79) in amber, cold leads (under 50) in grey. Your sales team sees their highest-value contacts the moment they open the app — or the CRM.

  • Default sort: score descending — highest value leads always on top
  • Colour-coded by tier: green (Hot), amber (Warm), grey (Cold)
  • Filter by tier — see only Hot leads across all events at once
  • Score synced to HubSpot and Salesforce — filter there too

Capability 3

Score Triggers Routing, Alerts, and Follow-Up Sequences

A lead score above 80 doesn't just label a contact as "hot" — it triggers actions automatically. Senior rep assigned, Slack alert fired, hot lead email sequence started in HubSpot. A score below 50 drops the lead into a long-term nurture sequence with no manual work required.

  • Score ≥80 → Slack alert via Zapier + senior rep assigned in CRM
  • Score ≥80 → Hot lead email sequence triggered in HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Score 50–79 → Standard follow-up sequence after the show
  • Score under 50 → Long-term nurture sequence, low rep effort required
